Which time zone are countdowns based on?
Beijing time. Days turn over at midnight Beijing time, and reminders arrive by Beijing time too.
How do I make a widget show a particular day?
Touch and hold the widget on your Home Screen, choose Edit Widget, then pick a day. Without a choice, the widget shows the nearest upcoming day, or the most recent past day when nothing is ahead. Settings › Widgets in the app is only a preview.
Why didn’t a reminder arrive?
First check that notifications are on in iOS Settings › Notifications › Days Remember. iOS lets an app schedule only a limited number of reminders in advance, so Days Remember schedules the nearest ones first. If you haven’t opened the app for a long time, open it once to schedule the rest.
Will my days move to a new iPhone?
Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on, and your days, categories and photos sync over. You can also use Export Backup in Settings › Data and Sync, then Restore from File on the new device.
Can I get back a day I deleted?
Yes. Settings › Data and Sync › Recently Deleted keeps deleted days for 30 days. Recently Deleted is kept only on the device where you deleted the day.
What if I edit the same day on two devices?
Nothing is lost. The replaced version is kept for 30 days in Settings › Data and Sync › Saved Sync Versions, where you can restore it.
How do I add a lunar day?
When you create or edit a day, set Calendar to Lunar and Type to Yearly. The day then repeats by the lunar calendar. Lunar dates are supported from 1900 through 2100.
How do I change the language?
In Settings › Language, choose Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English or System Default.
